On-site pickup Policy
Toolmoo offers On-site pickup service (“On-site pickup”) that allows local customers the opportunity to pick up their order at any specified warehouses on the listing page.
On-site pickup is only available for those products which have this service. You can find this information on the product listing page. The location for picking up the order depends on our inventory and the available warehouse you choose. The customer will be notified via e-mail once their order is ready for pickup.
When you place your order, simply select On-site pickup as shipping method and choose the right warehouse. In addition to an order confirmation Email, a separate “Ready for Pickup” confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup. The pickup address and hours will be included in the “Ready for Pickup” confirmation e-mail. Please DO NOT travel to one of our warehouses before you receive the “Ready for Pickup” email.
When you come to pick up a On-site pickup order, please be advised as follows:
Please bring your order confirmation Email and “Ready For Pickup” Email.
We require a government-issued identification of the pickup person to pick up all orders,otherwise warehouse will not release the on-site pickup.
Please arrange the pickup “5 working days” after you received the “Ready For Pickup” email, otherwise we cannot ensure the stock of your order. If the product is out of stock, you can apply for refund, but $35.00 will deducted for handling charge.
If someone other than the person listed on the order is picking the order up, please inform us in writing in advance. If a third-party carrier is designated by the customer to pickup the order, please clearly indicate the pickup person information and ID information to us in advance. The third-party carrier is required to bring three (3) copies of the BOL to sign for pickup. Please be aware that Toolmoo will not be responsible for any shipping cost incurred by the customer regarding their shipping arrangements nor any damage caused during transportation.
Plan to visually inspect the product for damage before signing for your order. If the product is damaged, please ask for an exchange right away. Toolmoo cannot open crates or packages for the customer.
If the product is Out-Of-Stock, please do not accept or sign for the order and call us at 818-966-1462 to cancel the order and we will provide a full refund. However, if the product is not damaged but you do not accept the order, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
Toolmoo will not be responsible for damages or incorrect products after an order has been signed and released to the customer or any third-party carriers or individuals that the customer designated for pickup.
Wear a mask or some kind of face covering.
Practice social distancing by maintaining at least 6-feet separation.
Avoid paying with cash or check, if possible.
If you are sick, or have COVID-like symptoms, please arrange for shipment of your order, or arrange a trusted individual to retrieve your order on your behalf, if possible.
